Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKR1D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,433 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKR1D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL266P, IFNWP4, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with AKR1D1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR1D1-to-partner and partner-to-AKR1D1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL266P grouped by AKR1D1-low versus AKR1D1-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKR1D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKR1D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
