Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKR1B1P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,927 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKR1B1P4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macromolecule methylation, tRNA processing, and tRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with AKR1B1P4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR1B1P4-to-partner and partner-to-AKR1B1P4 results are reported.
