AKR1A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKR1A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,870 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKR1A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOE1, TOE1_S5, and NFIA. Each is linked with AKR1A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR1A1-to-partner and partner-to-AKR1A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKR1A1 versus TOE1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKR1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKR1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
