Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKR1A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,652 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKR1A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glutathione derivative biosynthetic process, Dentinogenesis, and Non-proteinogenic amino acid metabolic process. Each is linked with AKR1A1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKR1A1-to-partner and partner-to-AKR1A1 results are reported.
