AKNAD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKNAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,218 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKNAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF280B, TM2D3, and KIF18B. Each is linked with AKNAD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKNAD1-to-partner and partner-to-AKNAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF280B grouped by AKNAD1-low versus AKNAD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKNAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKNAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
