AKIRIN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKIRIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,987 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKIRIN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNCRIP, GMPPA, and GMPR2. Each is linked with AKIRIN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKIRIN2-to-partner and partner-to-AKIRIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKIRIN2 versus SYNCRIP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKIRIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKIRIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
