Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKIRIN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,622 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKIRIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK1, OSER1, and PML. Each is linked with AKIRIN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKIRIN2-to-partner and partner-to-AKIRIN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKIRIN2 versus MAPK1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKIRIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKIRIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
