AKIRIN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKIRIN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 824 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKIRIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP57, MTND5P35, and CDRT15P7. Each is linked with AKIRIN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKIRIN2-to-partner and partner-to-AKIRIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP57 grouped by AKIRIN2-low versus AKIRIN2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKIRIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKIRIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
