Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKIRIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,325 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKIRIN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear protein quality control by the ubiquitin-proteasome system, Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process, and Hair follicle placode formation. Each is linked with AKIRIN2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKIRIN2-to-partner and partner-to-AKIRIN2 results are reported.
