The most reproducible AKIRIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52K1 and OPN1MW2. Each is linked with AKIRIN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKIRIN2-to-partner and partner-to-AKIRIN2 results are reported.
