AKIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 12,665 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF213, TP53, and AHNAK. Each is linked with AKIP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKIP1-to-partner and partner-to-AKIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF213 grouped by AKIP1-low versus AKIP1-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
