AKIP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,239 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUSAP1, POMGNT2, and MIR500B. Each is linked with AKIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKIP1-to-partner and partner-to-AKIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKIP1 versus NUSAP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.76.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
