AKIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H4C7, MIR8076, and RN7SL100P. Each is linked with AKIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKIP1-to-partner and partner-to-AKIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H4C7 grouped by AKIP1-low versus AKIP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
