Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,131 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKIP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere localization, Telomere tethering at nuclear periphery, and Protein depolymerization. Each is linked with AKIP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKIP1-to-partner and partner-to-AKIP1 results are reported.
