Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 215 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVPR1A, BPIFA2, and LIPT1. Each is linked with AKIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKIP1-to-partner and partner-to-AKIP1 results are reported.
