AKAP9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,517 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCRC1, PPM1G, and NARF. Each is linked with AKAP9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP9-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UQCRC1 grouped by AKAP9-low versus AKAP9-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
