AKAP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,060 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CFL2, PGM5, and SEC23B. Each is linked with AKAP6 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP6-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKAP6 versus CFL2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
