AKAP6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,592 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFIT3, EGR1, and ABI2. Each is linked with AKAP6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP6-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKAP6 versus IFIT3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
