Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,723 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP7, SLC4A8, and RAB3C. Each is linked with AKAP5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP5-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKAP5 versus MPP7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
