The most reproducible AKAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-362P, RN7SL607P, and LINC02330. Each is linked with AKAP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP5-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP5 results are reported.
