The most reproducible AKAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, GAPDH, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with AKAP5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP5-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP5 results are reported.
