Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKAP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,820 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery. Each is linked with AKAP5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP5-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP5 results are reported.
