AKAP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,490 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDT1, PRRT2, and KLC2. Each is linked with AKAP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP4-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDT1 grouped by AKAP4-low versus AKAP4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
