AKAP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKAP4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,085 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10AG1, DOCK4, and LAMA2. Each is linked with AKAP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP4-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10AG1 grouped by AKAP4-low versus AKAP4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
