Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AKAP13-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, C-Raf, and PKC-delta_pS664. Each is linked with AKAP13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP13-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by AKAP13-low versus AKAP13-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
