AKAP13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKAP13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,282 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP13-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCK, TXN2, and ACBD5. Each is linked with AKAP13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP13-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCK grouped by AKAP13-low versus AKAP13-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
