Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AKAP12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AKAP12 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher AKAP12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AKAP12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

BLCA, LIHC, and SARC are the cancer types where AKAP12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
