AKAP12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, eEF2, and eIF4E. Each is linked with AKAP12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP12-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by AKAP12-low versus AKAP12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
