Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKAP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,691 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fibroblast activation, Positive regulation of fibroblast migration, and Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with AKAP12 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP12-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP12 results are reported.
