AKAP12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKAP12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 616 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, SPO11, and GPR152. Each is linked with AKAP12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP12-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C6orf118 grouped by AKAP12-low versus AKAP12-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
