AKAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,776 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKAP1_S592, COIL, and LIG3. Each is linked with AKAP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKAP1 versus AKAP1_S592 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
