AKAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,039 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL2A, MTMR4, and DSE. Each is linked with AKAP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AKAP1 versus METTL2A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
