AKAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AKAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, PREX1, and Rad50. Each is linked with AKAP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by AKAP1-low versus AKAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
