AKAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AKAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,948 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AKAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRA1, LRRC3C, and PPDPFL. Each is linked with AKAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AKAP1-to-partner and partner-to-AKAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADGRA1 grouped by AKAP1-low versus AKAP1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AKAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→AKAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
