AK9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,375 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COLGALT1, LZTFL1, and ADAM17. Each is linked with AK9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK9-to-partner and partner-to-AK9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AK9 versus COLGALT1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK9→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
