AK9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,159 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-893P, LDHA, and CDKN3. Each is linked with AK9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK9-to-partner and partner-to-AK9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-893P grouped by AK9-low versus AK9-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK9→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
