AK9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AK9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 558 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK9-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPN1MW, OR52E2, and FXR2. Each is linked with AK9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK9-to-partner and partner-to-AK9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPN1MW grouped by AK9-low versus AK9-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK9→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
