AK8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,289 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6786, VEZF1P1, and FAM138A. Each is linked with AK8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK8-to-partner and partner-to-AK8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6786 grouped by AK8-low versus AK8-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK8→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
