AK7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,994 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BSPRY, CETN2, and CROCC. Each is linked with AK7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK7-to-partner and partner-to-AK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AK7 versus BSPRY in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
