AK7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,353 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSNAXIP1, RP1, and CEP126. Each is linked with AK7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK7-to-partner and partner-to-AK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AK7 versus TSNAXIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
