AK7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,641 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSM3, EIF4BP1, and MIR190A. Each is linked with AK7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK7-to-partner and partner-to-AK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LSM3 grouped by AK7-low versus AK7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
