AK7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AK7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D21, HS3ST4, and DEFA4. Each is linked with AK7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK7-to-partner and partner-to-AK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D21 grouped by AK7-low versus AK7-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
