Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AK6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AK6 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher AK6 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AK6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, CCRCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where AK6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
