Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AK4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AK4 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher AK4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AK4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where AK4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
