AK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,438 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-573P, RN7SKP33, and RNA5SP489. Each is linked with AK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK4-to-partner and partner-to-AK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-573P grouped by AK4-low versus AK4-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
