AK3P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK3P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,075 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK3P5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGB1, ITGA5, and MAP4_S507. Each is linked with AK3P5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK3P5-to-partner and partner-to-AK3P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK3P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK3P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
