Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, AK3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated AK3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher AK3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated AK3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC are the cancer types where AK3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
