AK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,285 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC37L1, UHRF2, and PLAA. Each is linked with AK3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK3-to-partner and partner-to-AK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AK3 versus CDC37L1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
