AK3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,651 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STIL, KIF18A, and CCNB2. Each is linked with AK3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK3-to-partner and partner-to-AK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AK3 versus STIL in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→AK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
