Across TCGA cell cohorts, AK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,396 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AK3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ADP biosynthetic process, Purine nucleoside diphosphate biosynthetic process, and Purine ribonucleoside diphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with AK3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AK3-to-partner and partner-to-AK3 results are reported.
